Elementary School Class: Let's Build It!
This class will spark creativity as we problem solve different scenarios. Students will need to build projects to find solutions to problems given. We’ll be learning laws of physics to build bridges that help the flow of traffic, we’ll be learning about the physics of electricity to build a radio that helps when communications are down, and we’ll be learning about electromagnets and building cars of a new era that have no friction. Many hands-on activities will be built in class (some may need to be brought home at times) to ignite creativity and innovation. Group work will also be done to build larger projects that work on communication skills, listening skills, and cooperation. This will be such a fun class, with lots of mess, but great reward!
